BALLET SHOES
Many beginners buy their firstpair of ballet shoe's too big.
When you look for ballet shoes, just make sure there is no space at your toes when you point your feet. Ballet shoes are very soft and flexible they should be around the feet as tight as a glove.

YOUNG GIRLS
● Black tank leotard (no long sleeves).
● White waist elastic.
● Pink leg tights.
● Pink ballet slippers with elastic over the instep. NOTE: before using new balletshoes, keep the receit and ask your teacher if the shoes are correct.
● Girls must have their hair pulled back from their face and secured firmly with hair-pins in a bun. Short hair must be held back off the face with a wide hair band or bobby pins.
● Clothes and shoes are clean and frays and holes must be mended.

LADIES
Any color leotard, black white or pink color tights. Ballet slippers with elastic over the instep. All dancers must have their hair pulled back from their face and secured firmly with hair-pins in a bun. Clothes and shoes are clean and frays and holes must be mended. Dancers may not wear long sloppy pants, sweat shirts or baggy shirts, ballet skirts, jewelry and leg or ankle warmers.


 
Men wear rolled up sports trousers or ballettights with a dancebelt

BOYS
● Tight (ballet)shirt in white.
● Black ballettights with a dancebelt.
● White socks.
● White balletshoes with elastic over the instep.
● Clothes and shoes are clean and frays and holes must be mended.
  
MALE DANCERS
Men wear a tight T-shirt and ballettights, a Dance Belt is mandatory for men. Sports trousers (rolled up) or shorts with a dance belt are alowed, however baggy pants are not suitable.
Clothes and shoes are clean and frays and holes must be mended. Approved balletshoes must be worn at all times.

 


TRY A CLASS
When you come for the first time to try a class you may wear a T-shirt and short sport trousers. If you do not have ballet shoe's yet, you may work bare feet (socks are not allowed)
